In our latest round-up of the Unizen Ecosystem we share some highlights and feedback from the Community Beta Testing of the Unizen CEX Module which has been subject to rigorous pressure testing by a hand-selected group of core community members.
Through this process, we have been delighted by the engagement from our community, as well as ideas for further optimization.
This week we also welcome the team from Terra Firma to ZenX Labs. Terrafirma’s team has a wealth of experience to decentralize one of the most complex and lucrative asset markets. Their expertise, approach, and rich experience establish solid foundations for building multi-market large-scale innovation, and we are thrilled to be a part of the journey.
Our Tournament of the ALTS 2.0 is progressing at pace, and we are excited to see which Layer-1 Blockchain project will be crowned our ultimate winner as the competition draws closer to the grand finale.
Unizen CEX Beta Community Testing
Ensuring the Unizen Ecosystem delivers a superior user experience is a key priority for our entire team.
We have been pleased to invite a select group of our core community to participate in the Beta Testing program of the Unizen CEX module.
This puts the exchange through its paces with real users, in a live exchange environment enabling us to gather feedback and ideas from the community on their experiences using the platform including opportunities to optimize the user experience.
We are pleased to see the positive feedback through this process and delighted to share a sneak preview from Dread Bongo over at Round Table who shares his thoughts based on his own hands-on experience with the Unizen CEX module.
Our development team has been working hard behind the scenes to incorporate key opportunities into prioritised sprint cycles incorporating adjustments into the final public release which will be released shortly.
ZenX is Accelerating Terra Firma
Democratizing the real estate industry is a goal that the blockchain community has been eyeing for quite a long time. However, the market leader is yet to emerge; and one of the reasons why is compliance.
Decentralising one of the most regulated markets requires the combination of complying with regulations and trusted technology, and it takes a strong ecosystem to deliver both.
Terrafirma is building a fully compliant real estate project that allows users to interact with real estate in a decentralized way via NFTs. The ecosystem is the one researching and curating assets with the best potential: the users interact with already curated real estate via intuitive NFTs.

Final Stages Update: Tournament of the ALTS 2.0
In the first Quarter Final of the Unizen Tournament of the ALTS 2.0 we saw Hedera Hashgraph, and Avalanche go head-to-head, with 1473 community votes counted, and an extremely closely fought victory for Hedera who will now advance to the next stage of the competition.
In the second Quarter Final Zenon took on Polkadot, and with 1610 community vote recorded we saw a decisive victory awarded to Zenon with 72% of the community vote. Next up we saw Terra Money take on Cosmos in Quarter Final 3 with over 900 votes recorded and a solid win for Terra enabling them to move to the next stage of the competition. Our mystery project Aleph Zero achieved a convincing win to also advance to the Semi Finals.
We are now entering the Semi-Final of the competition.
Hedera Hashgraph and Zenon Network kicked off the voting, with Zenon advancing to the next stage receiving 56% of the community vote.
In the latest Semi Final 5,919 community votes were recorded, with Aleph Zero defeating Terra Money with 62% of the community vote.
Unizen $ZCX: Top 20 IDO’s of 2021
We were pleased to see the Unizen native token $ZCX recognised amongst the top performing IDO’s of 2021 according to CoinMarketCap.

Final Word
We would like to thank all the community support in the Unizen Tournament of the ALTS 2.0 for their enthusiasm and energy in participating in the competition, and we hope that you have had an opportunity to learn more about the Unizen Ecosystem in the process.
As we approach the final stages of the competition, we move a step closer to unveiling the Unizen CEX module for public release which we know is extremely exciting for our community.
